If you have been feeling unwell or have any COVID symptoms please call or text us to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.

Deposits - Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and only transferable 48 hours prior to your appointment for a later date. Deposits are only transferable up to 3 months, after 3 months, your deposit will be voided.

Cancellations/No Shows - Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment will void your deposit. If you no show the deposit amount of $20 will be keep as a cancelation fee & prior to booking a new appointment you must pay the full amount.

Appointments - Please ensure you are on time to your appointments. If you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment you will be rescheduled to a later date as we have back to back clients. This will also result in a late cancellation fee of $20.

Infills - Infills must have more then 40% of lashes left. We only offer 2 & 3 week infills, anything more then 3 weeks will require a booking for a full set as more product & time will be required.
